At Nuveen, she transformed a siloed Affiliate-driven distribution model into a centralized One Nuveen model, increasing Cap raise 4x and revenue raise 5x.
At BlackRock, she created the industry’s first dedicated Defined Contribution consultant relations sales organization.
She is an expert at creating distribution alpha, by improving the ways that teams work together to deliver value to clients and incremental growth to the business.
Prior to founding this consultancy, Kate was Head of Global Consultant Relations at Nuveen, where she drove $3.9 billion dollars in AUM and $18 million in revenues.
Before Nuveen, she led Defined Contribution consultant relations for the US and Canada Institutional Defined Contribution team within BlackRock's Global Client Group. She was a Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA) Executive Committee member and the Vice-Chair of the Retirement Income Committee. From 2011–2016, she was a member of the Board of Directors of the Robert Toigo Foundation, and Chair of the Audit Committee.
Kate earned an MBA degree from The Wharton School and an AB degree in Government and American studies from Smith College.
